Fees and Payment Terms

General Fees Policy

All fees charged by TennAce Academy are non-refundable.

Monthly Direct Debit (Regular Transaction on 1st of Each Month)

Preschool

  • £38.00 per child

Red ball (age 4-8)

  • £42.00 per child

Orange / Green ball (age 8 / 9 / 10+)

  • £44.00 per child

 

Direct Debit - Terms and Conditions

  1. Direct Debot

    • TennAce has moved to a Direct Debit-only system managed securely via GoCardless through Coacha. All payments must now be made through this system.

      You will be required to set up a Direct Debit mandate via the link provided during registration. Once set up, payments will be collected automatically on the agreed schedule (monthly or termly, depending on your plan).

      Please note that we no longer accept Standing Orders. Any existing Standing Orders should be cancelled to avoid duplicate or unallocated payments.

  2. Payment Dates

    • Direct debits are processed on the 1st working day of each month.

    • Ensure sufficient funds are available in your account on the first working day to avoid missed payments.

  3. Monthly Price Calculation

    • The monthly fee represents an average cost based on the tennis lessons provided throughout the year. This fee may change based on the current prices per lesson.

  4. Lesson Dates

    • All lesson dates, including any scheduled breaks, can be found on our website.

    • Scheduled breaks are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to you promptly.

  5. Attendance and Refunds

    • Fees for missed classes, regardless of the reason for absence, will not be refunded.

    • If a scheduled class is cancelled by TennAce Academy, you will be offered either a voucher or a refund.

  6. Cancellation of Standing Order

    • Should you decide to cancel your direct debit, it is your responsibility to do so via your online banking or by contacting your bank.

    • Failure to maintain the direct debit on the 1st working day of the month will result in your child's removal from the academy.

  7. Refunds Upon Leaving the Club

    • If you choose to leave the club and fail to cancel your standing order, no refunds will be provided.
